Pre-Thanksgiving Fitness Program

All Military and Civilian personnel are invited to participate in the 3rd Annual Pre-Thanksgiving Fitness Program. Six different cardio workouts will be held every Wednesday at the main gym beginning at 12:00pm. Each participant that completes at least 4 of the scheduled workouts will receive a free t-shirt.

Event schedule:

  • October 17 - Extreme Cardio
  • October 24 - HIIT
  • October 31 - Spin Class
  • November 7 - Circuit Training
  • November 14 - Extreme Cardio
  • November 20 - Sprint Drills
