The DeAnza Sports and Fitness Center offers a wide variety equipment and classes along with personal training and certified staff on site to help you accomplish your fitness goals. Classes include Functional Fitness, Wellbeats virtual classes.

The DeAnza Sports and Fitness center has cardio and weight rooms, a gym to play Basketball and a newly constructed Cardio Fitness Annex and newly remodeled covered pool. Pool is open by reservation only until further notice. Please visit here for pool reservation form. Please email completed form to marketing@fhlfmwr.com.
