MWR School Bus Transportation.

MWR would like the following information NLT Tuesday, August 10, 2021

The San Antonio Elementary School will perform a School Bus Stop at the Military Tank by the Jolon/Mission Road intersection. To support the community, Family and MWR will be providing transportation to this school bus stop. In order to provide you with better service we need the following details from parents/guardians regarding utilization of the service. We need the following information NLT Tuesday, August 10, 2021:

1. The name of the parent or guardian.

2. Contact number for parent or guardian.

3. Number of children utilizing transportation.

4. Names of children utilizing transportation.
