Army Community Service Training

The Army Community Service & SHARP Program offer many training opportunities for the community throughout they year. Here you can find some of the classes available.  For available dates for classes or general ACS information, please call the Army Community Service (ACS) at (831) 386-2372.

Domestic Violence Awareness and Prevention Training:

Domestic Violence Awareness and Prevention is a 2-hour session. For Soldiers and Family members involved in domestic violence, early referral and intervention reduces risk,
establishes safety plans and provides treatment for victims and offenders. The program manager is trained to be proactive in providing the skills that Soldier and Families need most.

Financial Readiness Training:

Financial Readiness Training (1.5 hours). Learn budgeting techniques, how to consolidate your bills and pay them off early, refresh yourself on check register keeping,
learn about saving and investing, and how to manage your personal finances.

Resilience Training:

Resilience Training (8 Hours). Learn how to better cope with the unique stressors of Army living and deployment. This class covers topics about family life and reintegration, and how to thrive in the Army culture.

SHARP Unit Refresher Training and Commanders' Training:

SHARP Unit Refresher Training and Commanders' Training (4 hours). Join us to complete your annual Sexual Harassment and Assault Response Prevention training.
The training will be held at the post Theatre (Bldg. 80).
