Pre-Thanksgiving Fitness Program

All military and civilian personnel are invited to participate in the 2nd Annual Pre-Thanksgiving Fitness Program. Six different cardio workouts will be held every Thursday at the main gym beginning at 12:00pm. Each participant that completes the program will receive a free t-shirt and medal.

Workouts:

  • Week 1: Spin Class
  • Week 2: Dodge Ball
  • Week 3: Kickboxing Class
  • Week 4: HITT Class
  • Week 5: Circuit Training
  • Week 6: Spin Class
